Skating:

Adam's skating needs some work, he is good in straight lines but needs to work on becoming a better skater

Passing/Handling:

Adam seems to be a good passer, handling needs some work but do to his size he uses his stick to his advantage.

Shooting:

Shooting needs some work, I think he could develop into a decent or above average shooter.

IQ (Vision, Anticipation, Panic/Poise):

He seems to have good vision and IQ, he does not make mistakes in the defensive zone, good at getting put out of the zone. He does some panic in his game but I think he will work out of it with more playing time.

Defense:

Adam is a really good defensive defenseman. He use his size and IQ, He also very good with his stick work. Excellent poke checks on defense.

Best Asset:

I would say his size and IQ are his 2 best assets.

Biggest Concern:

For his size he does have as much BASH as you would expect. He will have to work that into his game to have success at the NHL level

Top Tier/Role Potential:

Tier 2. A 3-4 defenseman

Justification for Top Tier Assessment:

Adam seems to be improving from USHL to NCAA, if he continues his improvement and increases his BASH and offense.

50th Percentile Tier/Role:

Tier 3. 6th ot 7th dman

Justification for 50th Percentile Tier Assessment:

If Adam does not continue to improve his skating, BASH and offense, he will put into a marginally role just for his size
